ABOUT THIS ROLE
Experience working within an ITSM environment and alignment with ITIL processes
Superior communications skills, both written and verbal
Sound understanding of ITIL Framework, with ITIL Foundation certification as an advantage
Demonstrable time management & effort capture skills
Integration, maintaining, and enhancing infrastructure consisting of HPE servers, Cisco, HPE, and Palo Alto networking, and VMware components.
Perform 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting (as required) and support to the resolution of all infrastructure-related incidents and requests.
Produce designs, design patterns, configurations, and documentation in accordance with industry standards.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Broad understanding of IT infrastructure concepts not limited to networking, computing, virtualization, storage, backup, telephony, and audiovisual.
Experience in troubleshooting in any IT infrastructure-related discipline.
Strong desire to be an ICT Infrastructure professional and willing to learn evidenced by the recent completion of an ICT qualification.
Australian driver’s licence.
All candidates must hold Australian work rights.
